As someone who just had to write a ten page paper on Kubler-Ross’s five stages of grief…

Ouch.

And pure utter brilliance.

Did you guys even listen to this??

That audio post….near the end….Chris talks about Max/Dave, and says that the episodes that were the most talked about episodes ever were the ones where Kurt came out/did the Single Ladies on the football field, when Karofsky kissed him (called it a REALLY HEATED moment), and the suicide attempt episode. He says that the really powerful/heavy ones are the ones that people are eager to talk about.

I just love how supportive Chris has always been (and continues to be) of Dave’s storylines. Makes the whole thing hurt a little less.

lol iawtc XD

I’ve stated before that I think Glee often does smaller, one-off stories better than their multi-episode arcs. Though the Karofsky story has carried through multiple episodes, Tuesday’s segments felt more like one of those successful mini stories. The initial locker room scene was heartbreaking. Max Adler’s subtle facial expressions were brilliant. As Karofsky unknowingly walked through the room, his wary smile turned to confusion then shock then panic, all within one, uncomfortably long shot. This made the more rapid editing of Karofsky making his way back through the boys in the room all the more unsettling.

Robert Canning’s review of “On My Way”

Source - He basically goes on to say that, in general, Dave was the best part of the episode.

So I found this gif:

And I don’t know if anyone else feels this way, but for some reason, it looks so much more intimate with Kurt cropped out. I don’t know why, but it does. Just look at the way Kurt grabs his hand and how Dave looks down, surprised, and his chest swells as Kurt pulls his hand closer to him.

It’s incredibly sweet and just seems a million times more intimate from this perspective.

JESUS CHRIST ALL THE FEELS.

2. No sign of Dave Karofsky. No mention of Dave Karofsky. Nothing.

Umm, does Glee even remember that poor Dave tragically tried to commit suicide at the end of the previous episode? That sort of an emotional storyline isn’t the sort of thing you just build up so carefully and then suddenly drop. Look we know that Max Adler has been busy jetting off to Hawaii to film a new TV pilot, then starting work on a new movie on the east coast. But couldn’t Glee have at least given us some sort of a verbal update on how Dave is doing? We just want to be sure he’s still okay!

I love you, WetPaint

↳ eight characters, dave karofsky [8/8]

I think everybody eventually wants to see Karofsky accept who he is. Just being himself and not having to hide who he is and mask who he is every day. Everyone wants to see that weight lifted. However, I do think it should take its proper time and its due course. Karofsky is such a great character to play as an arc because you can show the internal struggle that a closeted teen is going through on a daily basis.
